Welcome to the Main-Long Beach Office.

The main branch is an emblem of the bank’s rich heritage and serves as a landmark in the thriving downtown area of Long Beach. Centrally located at 3rd and Pine Avenue, the branch celebrates the spirit of its originating founder with traditional teller windows, classic Italian architecture and high ceilings with a 10,000 square foot banking floor.

Branch Manager, Phil Sblendorio, has dedicated nearly 3 decades to Farmers & Merchants Bank. His leadership has played an instrumental role in preserving the integrity and legacy of the bank’s signature office. The Main branch serves as the impetus for the bank to support community organizations such as the YMCA, Long Beach Rescue Mission, Long Beach Symphony, and Long Beach Art Museum among a long list of other establishments that are integral to the city.

My name is Phil Sblendorio and I have the distinct pleasure of serving as Regional Manager of the Downtown Long Beach, Torrance and Rolling Hills offices of Farmers & Merchants Bank (F&M). Starting as a Teller with F&M almost 30 years ago, I now have the privilege of being a Regional Manager. It is an honor for me to be a part of the F&M family and work alongside Henry, Daniel and Kenneth Walker. I am proud to be a part of the Redondo Library Foundation, Torrance YMCA, Del Amo Rotary Club, and the Bixby Knolls Parking Association. I also enjoy spending time with my family.

Decades of banking experience and extensive college coursework has enabled me to play an instrumental role in F&M’s growth and, more importantly, invest my time and energy in assisting customers with their banking needs. Helping people identify their financial goals and objectives within the framework of the bank is what motivates me every day. I have so many memories from my time at F&M, but my fondest F&M memory was bailing water off the Main office roof with Ken Walker in our tweed suits.
