All Wire Transfers, regardless of dollar amount, will require a One-Time PIN.

    No, you no longer need to send an email to follow-up with us when submitting a Wire Transfer through Online Banking.

    No, we will no longer call you to verify the authenticity of an outgoing wire transfer originated through Online Banking.
  • 5. Can I submit International Wire Transfers through Online Banking?
    Yes, International Wire Transfers will need to be sent through the international wire option through Online Banking. They need to be in U.S. funds and sent through a corresponding U.S. bank.
  • 6. What is the cut off time for submitting Wire Transfers through Online Banking?
    Domestic and International Wire Transfers submitted before 2 pm PT on a business day will be processed the same day. Wire Transfers submitted after 2 pm PT will be sent the next business day.

    Yes, as an added level of security, the bank encourages businesses that originate Wire Transfers through Online Banking enable the dual authorization feature.
  • 12. What is One-Time PIN?
    F&M One-Time PIN is a unique, single-use 6-digit code which protects against fraud by safeguarding your online transactions and sensitive information. One-Time PIN is another level of authentication in addition to your Login ID and password, providing you stronger online security.
  • 13. How will my One-Time PIN be sent to me?
    You choose how you want to receive your One-Time PIN: by text, email, or phone. F&M Bank needs your current contact information on file for you to receive your One-Time PIN.
  • 14. How does One-Time PIN work?
    Each time you submit a Wire Transfer, you will be sent a newly generated One-Time PIN. Once you receive the One-Time PIN, you have ten minutes to enter the 6 digits in the space provided. Select "Confirm."
  • 15. How long does it take to receive a One-Time PIN?
    The One-Time PIN is sent instantly by the method of your choice and is valid for only ten minutes. After ten minutes, the One-Time PIN will expire, and you will need to generate a new One-Time PIN. The time limit is part of the security features of One-Time PIN.
  • 16. What if I don't receive my One-Time PIN?
    If you don't receive your One-Time PIN, please call us at (866) 437-0011 M-F: 7am-9pm, Sat 8am-9pm, and Sun 8am-5pm PT.
  • 17. What happens if I enter the One-Time PIN incorrectly?
    You can attempt entering the One-Time PIN again, however you may be locked out of Online Banking if you unsuccessfully attempt three times. You can also request another One-Time PIN by clicking "Send OTP" again. Please call us for assistance or to unlock your Online Banking profile at (866) 437-0011 M-F: 7am-9pm, Sat 8am-9pm, and Sun 8am-5pm PT.
