What are the Important Changes?

The Change in Terms Notices listed below describe the changes to your Farmers & Merchants Bank deposit account’s Truth in Savings Disclosure effective April 1, 2018. Please note, only those terms that are changing are listed. Any other terms on your deposit account(s) not described in the notice will also continue to apply. Below you will also find the revised Personal Schedule of Fees, Business Schedule of Fees, and Account Analysis Schedule of Fees, which identifies new fees as well as the fee increases effective April 1, 2018.

Please read the documents titled, “Change in Terms Notice” and fee schedules carefully, print or save copies, and keep them with your records as a supplement to your deposit account Truth in Savings Disclosure. By continuing to maintain your deposit account with Farmers & Merchants Bank, you agree to these changes.
